Shipping, Return, & Refund Policy

Make sure your shipping address is correct and can be delivered to before completing your order. Any order that is unable to be delivered & returned to us will not be resent to the customer immediately. The customer will be responsible for emailing us the new address & for the additional shipping costs to resend the package. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product for a product of equal value. Mailers & postage will not be provided to send back a product to be exchanged.

All sales are final for stickers & shoe charms.  

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you received it. Return shipping is not provided. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Used & worn product will not be accepted for returns/refunds.

Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.
